United States Chargé d'Affaires has informed Japanese Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs that United States Consul- General at Tientsin has been authorised to act as neutral member of Advisory Committee if that Committee is set up.

Please inform your Japanese colleague of this and make appropriate proposals for setting up of the Committee.
